Safeguarding

At Godolphin, safeguarding is more than a responsibility, it is a commitment woven into the fabric of our school, ensuring that every pupil feels safe, supported, and heard. It is the foundation upon which young people can grow, explore, and achieve their potential, knowing they are surrounded by a community that looks out for them.

Every member of staff plays a vital role in creating an environment where pupils can learn with confidence, knowing they have trusted adults ready to listen and act when needed. Whether it’s a quiet conversation with a teacher, or a confidential chat with one of our School Counsellors, help is always within reach.

Safeguarding and pastoral matters are reviewed on a continual basis to reflect the ever-changing developments needed for effective safeguarding. We encourage all members of our community, past and present, to speak up, knowing that no concern is too small to be heard.

The Safeguarding Team at Godolphin is led by our Designated Safeguarding Lead & Deputy Head Pastoral Nicola Daubeney and a team of Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads. All their contact details are listed below.
