Our PE curriculum is designed to motivate students to achieve their personal best in a fun yet challenging learning environment. Essential to effective and positive learning, PE helps students develop key performance and life skills as well as promoting a balanced, active and healthy lifestyle.

First to Third Year students take part in gymnastics, dance, swimming, hockey, lacrosse, netball, athletics, tennis, rounders and health related exercise. Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Years students can choose from diverse team sports as well as more recreational options such as rebounders, Pilates, aqua aerobics and using our school Fitness Suite.
