Leadership Opportunities

We believe that leadership is a skill every student can develop, and our Sixth Form offers a wide range of opportunities for students to step forward, contribute, and grow.

Leading Within the School Community

Students are encouraged to take on meaningful leadership roles across the school. Many become part of our prefect and Head Boy/Head Girl team, representing the student voice and acting as role models within the community.

Subject Ambassadors

Leadership extends into academic passions, too. Students can serve as ambassadors in Art, Drama, Music, and a range of other subjects, supporting departments, helping at events, and inspiring younger pupils.

Specialist Leadership Roles

There are further opportunities to lead through roles such as Head Cadet, Head Sports Scholar, or Head Academic Scholar — positions that recognise excellence, responsibility, and commitment.

Peer Mentoring & Education

Several of our Sixth Formers are trained as peer mentors, offering support and guidance to younger students. They also take a central role in running our annual Peer Education Day, helping to build confidence, connection, and a strong sense of community across the school.
