NSEA County Championships

Nsea Champ

The Godolphin team of Didi and Gabi Price, Jess and Alice Tregoning, all headed up to Bury Farm in Bedfordshire on Sunday to represent Wiltshire in the National Schools Equestrian County Championships. Alice qualified as an individual in the 90 class and rode a double clear with a really fast jump off of just 22 seconds to be crowned the National Schools Equestrian Individual Champion out of all the other schools in the country, this was a huge achievement. The team did the 100 class round a very testing course which caused lots of problems however they managed to finish 9th place! Alice was also an individual and did another speedy round to become Reserve National Schools Champion in the 100. Jess qualified as a individual in the 1.10 to represent Wiltshire but just jumped her horse in the 1st round.

Alice's performance has meant that she has qualified to represent England in the Nations Cup in the 90 and 100 championships in October. This was a great weekend for the Godolphin Equestrian team as it was amazing experience to have qualified out of all the schools in Wiltshire to be able to represent our county at the championships. Good Luck to all the riders competing at our annual Godolphin Show this weekend!
