Last night saw the wonderful occasion of our annual U6 Leavers' Dinner. Always a moving and celebratory evening, this was no exception, as our outgoing students and staff gathered together to celebrate their achievements and to mark the contributions they had made to the life of the school over the years. Not only did the students look wonderful, but it was great pleasure to be among such a large group, all reflecting so positively on their time in the Sixth Form.

We were very privileged to have with us Anne Reed, current President of the OGA, who spoke to the girls about the need for them to continue to support and lift one another in the years ahead, and about how important it was that over time the leavers not only remember the gifts and lessons gained from their time here, but continue to inspire future generations of Godolphin students.

After a delightful meal, the evening ended with the presentations of each leavers' OGA badge and lots of blowing bubbles on the lawn. This was an emotional and beautiful way to say the first of many goodbyes, and an important opportunity to wish all the students the very best of luck for their approaching examinations.
