Kyra is famous for both her drawing and ceramic skills and most recently for developing a new range of textile designs, based upon her work, for Villa Nova part of the Romo group.

Kyra has worked with the school students in previous years and is hugely popular with staff and students alike. For her visit this year she set specific artistic activities to enhance the student's current sets of work. Students explored new materials, techniques and processes used by Kyra in her own work to develop their own personal studies. These included using waxed paper, different materials to make interesting marks on paper and producing innovative quick studies using existing techniques.

As usual, all students were inspired creating a variety of different pieces to move their current work forward.
