Mrs Wilson's 2B Bright Futures group have taken part in an Enterprise Scheme this term. Each group was asked to come up with an idea for a product or service and then take part in a ‘Dragons’ Den’ to sell their idea. They had to produce a logo, marketing presentation, advertising and explain how they would sell their idea through magazines, TV or social network platforms.
Head of Bright Futures, Bethan Ferguson, had the unenviable task of choosing a winner. Congratulations to our Second Year students and their idea ‘Hosely’ - a small attachment for your hose. "You just click it onto the end of your hose and it filters the cold water and makes the water automatically warm. It is eco-friendly and uses small solar panels for it to work. To recharge it, you just leave it out in the sun. It can be used for: bathing your horse in the winter when you want warm water, dog bathing after walks when they are muddy, instantly heated paddling pools, water fights where you don’t get cold, sprinkler fun and much more! " Well done girls, great work!
