The Food and Nutrition Department have been really busy during the last week of term, cooking lots of lovely festive treats as well as learning new practical skills. We hope the girls have enjoyed it as much as we have and will continue to practice at home over the holidays.

First Year - Biscuit cake Christmas puddings

Third Year - Mini Christmas cakes. We baked them in mini baked bean tins and the students designed their own decorations.

Fourth Year - Iced gingerbread

Fifth Year - Mince pies with homemade rich shortcrust pastry.

Sixth Form - Chocolate Roulade
