Security Officer

December 2020

Full Time / Fixed Term – until January 2022 / Salary Scale: £9.85 per hour - £11,908.65 p.a. / 7 Shifts over two-week shift pattern: Mon – Fri 7:30pm to Midnight, Sat/Sun Midday to Midnight / 6 Weeks Annual Leave

We are looking to appoint an experienced, confident Security Officer, to join our team at Godolphin. The primary objective is the security and safety of staff, students, visitors, buildings and their contents. The role includes regular patrols across campus, internal and external patrolling on foot, record keeping, on-site traffic and vehicle monitoring, attending incidents and alarm activations, CCTV surveillance, and liaison with emergency services where required.

Applicants will need to be physically fit as the post includes considerable walking, moving at speed when required, and all-weather patrols.

Receptionist & Admin Assistant

January 2021

Term Time + 4 weeks (37 working weeks) / Permanent – 35 hrs p/w / Two week working pattern: Wk 1– 8:00am to 4:00pm / Wk 2 – 9:30am to 5:30pm / Pro-rata Salary: £14,194.90 / (Full-Time Equivalent Salary £19,468.80)

We are looking to appoint two Receptionist & Admin Assistants who will work together, to provide a Reception service to all visitors to the School, parents, students and staff, and to provide administration support across the School teams where required. The role will include face-to-face and telephone contact, the administration of morning and afternoon registers, input and updating of the School Management Information System, photocopying, post, stationery, and School correspondence.

Reception is a busy environment and where first impressions of the School are made. Applicants will need to have excellent communication skills, including written English and telephone, and be able to manage a range of competing demands whilst remaining calm and professional.

Food Technician

January 2021

Full Time (40 hrs p/w) - Term Time + 3 weeks / Permanent / Pro-rata Salary: £17,319.25 / Full-Time Equivalent Salary: £21,361.50 / Job Share will be considered

We are looking to appoint a flexible and enthusiastic person, who has knowledge of ‘food room’ safety requirements, to support the delivery of Food and Nutrition lessons. The role includes the preparation of ingredients, materials and equipment for lessons, maintaining stock including ordering, keeping records, assisting teachers and students during lessons, and keeping classrooms and food preparation areas clean, tidy and in good order.

Food and Nutrition is taught to students from the First Year to Sixth Form, and students can choose to study at GCSE and Level 3 in the Sixth Form.

We are looking for candidates who have good organisational skills and attention to detail, and who are physically fit to undertake bending, lifting and carrying as part of their duties.
