With the increasing popularity of the Internet, email and home computing over recent years a realistic alternative to sending written information home has at last become a reality.

ParentMail™ is a new, simple and modern way to keep parents informed about schools. A web-based tool that delivers email communications quickly and easily at the touch of a button plus it also takes the headache out of bouncing email and bad email addresses. This allows schools to keep parents regularly updated on events, sports, arts, outings, clubs, holidays, recruitment and the curriculum to name a few.

 

The service is completely managed which provides schools with a way of communicating with hundreds of parents instantly, but does not wrap up valuable resources with administration. ParentMail™ provides a complete solution so that schools and parents alike can benefit from fast and reliable communications.

  1. Parents receive letter from school
  2. Parents provide their email addresses
  3. Parents receive email confirmation from ParentMail™
  4. Parents choose their message groups according to what information they wish to receive (these can be modified or updated at any time)
  5. Parents receive email communications from the school
  6. Parents receive school ‘text’ messages to mobiles (optional)

The Godolphin School has started using this service to deliver messages and notices to parents electronically.

 

This service is free to the school and parents and helps us to save a great deal of time and money on traditional paper information sent home.  The more parents that accept information this way, the greater the benefit to the school.
