The Godolphin School

Godolphin offers an outstanding range of activities from 4.15 to 6.45pm each weekday, open to every age group and including an exceptional number of general interest pursuits.  Activities include Cookery; Photography (both digital and traditional darkroom); Ceramics; Silver Ceramics; Stage Make-Up; Drama groups; Dance; First Aid; Self Defence;  Design and Make Technology; Dance, Touch Rugby, Indoor Cricket; Fitness; Christian Union, Science and ICT clubs. Sixth Formers can also opt for Creative Writing, Debating, Ball Gown Design and Fitness, while the Sixth Form Centre also offers a social and leisure programme.  The Music Department runs three choirs, an orchestra, jazz and concert bands; there are also small ensembles for every instrument. The PE Department offers clubs for all the major sports, as well as options such as badminton, quite apart from practices for team players.  There is also a thriving CCF and many girls participate in the very popular Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme.

These examples give only a flavour of what is on offer in a truly exceptional programme – and much more also happens over the weekends!
